A certified community-based recreational exercise program designed to assist in reducing pain level, increase flexibility and mobility, and enhance the ability to cope with arthritis and daily activities. Each session with different fun activities, information, exercise routines and relaxation techniques. Sign up at 448-2022—or just come join us!

Come join us for RUMMIKUB, combining elements of rummy, dominoes, mah-jongg and chess. Or crack out the Cribbage, set up the Scrabble,

 and trot out the Trivial Pursuit! Strain your brain in a good way! (Coffee and cookies provided).

Great food, company and fun for the whole community! Suggested donation for Seniors 60 and older is $4, and the charge those under 60, $8.

Spaghetti w/Meatballs, Garlic Bread, Super Deluxe Tossed Salad with Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and Onions, and February Birthday Dessert!

Then sit back and enjoy a classic movie feature with your dessert and coffee! Feature requests will be voted on at each Sunday Dinner!

Don’t make it to town too often?! Have trouble cooking multiple meals? Want to help someone get nutritionally balanced hot and/or frozen (heat-n-eat) meals with all the “extras”? We can help!

Now you can purchase Meal Certificates from the Senior Center redeemable for individual hot, on-site meals and/or pick up of up to 5 fresh-made and frozen meals per week, whenever it is convenient for you! Complete, nutritionally balanced meals (including sides of fruit, milk, bread and butter) that are easy to microwave or bake. A great way to provide a tasty, healthy, hot lunch on-site or “frozen-to-go”! Call Ann or Kathy at 448-2022 between 10am and 2pm.
